How to Use the System
Dashboard Navigation
- View all your cases on the main dashboard
- Each case card shows client name, status, and deadline
- Use "View" button to see detailed case information
- Use "Edit" button to modify case details
Client Communication
- Select "Client Communication" from the sidebar
- Choose a client from the left panel
- Type your message and click "Send"
- All conversations are automatically saved
AI Assistant
- Click the circular AI icon in bottom-right corner
- Type your question in the chat window
- Get instant answers about system usage
- Access helpful suggestions for case management
Managing Cases
- Use status badges to track case progress
- Monitor upcoming deadlines
- Update case status as needed
- Organize documents within each case
